Zappware delivers ezTV Quiz tool to VMMa

Zappware is proud to announce the delivery of its ezTV Quiz software format to Belgian broadcaster VMMa.

As one of the first broadcasters using the ezTV suite of Software Formats, VMMa will be able to add interactivity to a large variety of quiz programmes. The ezTV Quiz tool combines a graphical editor to create the design of the user interface for a multitude of quiz formats. Without compromising the creative design of an interactive quiz, and at the same time shielding all technology from the user, the ezTV tool is the easiest and most flexible way to create compelling interactive play-along quizzes. The ezTV Quiz Software Format includes a complete icTV Synchronisation Manager which ensures a frame accurate synchronisation of the interactive elements with the video programme. The Synchronisation Manager operates in pre-recorded and in live modes, and even maintains the synchronisation during slow and fast forward and reverse playout (ideal for editing). Also included is icTV Return Path Manager which keeps track of viewer responses, aggregates and processes them, and represents them to e.g. the studio-presenter.
