In preview: the VRT's first interactive public utility message.

Zappware, the Belgian one-stop provider of interactive digital television solutions, has called upon its wealth of experience of iDTV and its knowledge of the Telenet platform to formulate the VRT's first interactive public utility message

At the beginning of the message, the VRT viewer is invited to take part in a competition. To do so, he or she only has to press the red button of the remote control. After answering the competition's question and a subsidiary one, the viewer confirms his or her participation by introducing his or her Telenet code by way of identification.

Koen Swings, Zappware's Managing Partner: "We're very proud to have made our share to the first interactive digital public utility message, which will be seen by some 200,000 families. In view of the direct interaction with the target audience, we are convinced of the intrinsic added value that interactive messages can offer to advertisers."
