Toya, Poland's fifth largest cable operator in terms of subscriber numbers, is adding Video-On-Demand (VOD) services to their linear network. They include High-Definiton TV (HD TV), an Electronic Programme Guide (EPG), a Portal, PVR, PushVOD and VOD.
